So, how to make food green... without..... food coloring. Such a task is easily done.
Breakfast--cream of wheat, green pears, and kiwi diced and sprinkled over the warm cereal, and milk
Lunch---green sloppy Joe's (ground turkey, whipped avocado mixed with a light amount of cream cheese....kids loved it and it was delicious), green apples, green mashed potatoes(blended parsley with a small amount of olive oil as to allow smooth incorporation into the potatoes), and milk
snack---left over muffins from breakfast on Tuesday and milk.......green because we recycled a menu item.......booyaa!!!
