Lunch---Four veg red sauce with ground turkey, couscous, pan seared green beans, and cubed canteloupe melons
Snack---cottage cheese, kiwi fruit, and whole wheat crackers-----------------AAAAAAALLLLLLL FFFRRRRREEEEEESSSSSHHHHHH!!!!!!
