Feb 7

       Okie day, happy Monday!
Breakfast-- Cream of Wheat, (again, lightly,lightly seasoned with brown sugar and cinnamon), with bananas and milk
Lunch--vegetable jumping bean soup (zucchini,carrots, potatoes that came from our garden, onions, corn, celery, pinto beans), fish sandwiches (now this is a take on the traditional tuna fish sandwich...but we use half albacore and half leftover, cooked white fish that we serve, use light mayo..still looking for that magic alternative..pickles and celery on whole wheat bread, red and green grapes and milk
snack---super fun ceral mix....kix,cheerios,rice crispies, goldfish(preztels plus all of this for the preschoolers), and 100% apple juice..........fun and easy
