Happy Friday!
Breakfast--fresh whole wheat waffle sticks, super berry sauce, red and green apples, milk
Lunch-- super trimmed beef stir fry (with 6 veggies and lightly seasoned with soy sauce), brown rice, canteloupe melons
snack-- whole wheat bagels with light cream cheese and 100% apple juice
Fridays are great for imagination. Making use of all the product you dont want to sit over the weekend.
I know i have a busy one, getting all of my loose ends tied up with school work as the end of my last quarter comes to an end.....saweeeeet.
